I’ve been trying to find time to watch both KimiKiss ~ pure rouge and Sketchbook ~full colorS~. And finally, I got to, and I watched several episodes of each. I was planning to blog on them after I watched all of the current episodes, but it seems that Kimikiss 10 has a slight plot twist and that it would be nice to blog on it. Plus, I’m bored. XP
KimiKiss ~ pure rouge: 10
Basically, Mizusawa Mao (水澤 摩央. As always, last name before first.) has come back from France to enter the same high school as her childhood friends, Kouichi Sanada (真田 光一) and Aihara Kazuki (相原 一輝). She’s like their oneesan (older sister) to them.
As all school life romance-type stories go, the show revolves around their love lives. Well, after a few episodes, the two boys and Mizusawa-san started dating. (HOLY GUACAMOLE only a few episodes and it’s that far already?!) Well, the lead character (Sanada) is luckier, since his date had always had a crush on him before.
But as expected of a nice school romance-type, on episode 10, Mao-neechan (that’s Mizisawa) starts taking an interest in Sanada. Enter romance-comedy mode…
To put it in short, KimiKiss, from the dating simulation game for PS2, had more than I had expected. First of all, I had been expecting waaaaay more ecchi scenes and lots of fanservice. (As soon as I saw the artwork style, I mentally prepared myself. You can tell by the way they draw the lips on every single character. Don’t ask.)
But it didn’t. It was actually great fun to watch, and weird girls pop up from nowhere. An extreme example is Futami Eriko. (二見 瑛理子 – weird name, isn’t it?) She has an IQ score of 190, which is very high, and she seems to not possession much of any human expression. (Think Nagato, except that Futami-san is still ten times better.) Interesting… If she existed in the real world, she would be my type (just kidding!) Then again, if any anime characters were in the real world…. It would been much more interesting, wouldn’t it?
I’m adding this to my otaku checklist. (LOL.)

im too busy IMing or staring at the stuff thats covering the walls of my room or sleeping or youtubing or doing other stuff other than watching anime to procrastinate nowadays. not that i ever watched so many dif titles of anime to begin with.
